For meatballs:
1 pound ground beef or a combination with ground pork
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 cup parsley
1 egg
1/2 cup panko
Salt, pepper, garlic, nutmeg and all spice to taste, about a 1/4 teaspoon of each.
Mix above ingredients together and form into balls. Bake in a 375
oven for about 20 minutes
For sauce:
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups beef broth
Dollop of sour cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Heat oil in skillet, and add the flour and mix to desired darkness. Then add beef broth. Cook till it thickens and add the additional ingredients, stir till smooth and serve over meatballs on a bed of egg noodles.
