1 cup applesauce
1 package fresh spinach
1 pound Brie cheese, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup craisins
1/2 cup walnuts, sliced almonds or pecans
1 teaspoon each of salt, pepper, and garlic
2-3 tablespoons of maple syrup
