Ingredients:
4 pork chops
1/2 teaspoon each:
salt
pepper
onion powder
Italian seasoning
Cajun seasoning
4 tablespoons oil or butter, divided
1 tablespoon mined garlic
1 onion, sliced
5 green onions, diced, save some for a garnish after cooking
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
4 cups potatoes, sliced
Directions:
Mix together the salt, pepper, onion powder, Italian seasoning and Cajun and dredge the pork in it.
In a skillet, heat the butter, add the garlic and brown the pork, remove from pan and keep warm.
Add 2 more tablespoons of butter to the skillet and sauté the
onions.
Add the soup, milk to the onions and heat to a
boil.
In a greased casserole dish layer the potatoes, then the pork and top with the onion mixture. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Top with the diced green onions and serve.
