2 pork chops, about 1/2 inch thick
1 pound fresh asparagus, cut in half
2 strips bacon, each cut into 3rds
2 hard boiled eggs, shelled and cut in
Dressing and marinade (use half for marinade and half to drizzle
over finished dish):
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt and pepper
1. In a small mixing bowl combine the Dijon mustard, vinegar,
oil, garlic, lemon juice and salt and pepper. Stir together and divide in half.
2. Marinade the pork chops in half the marinade for 2 or more
3. Layer the pork on the bottom of your air fryer, top with half the asparagus and bacon strips on top.
